Parent Partner Application
Our mission is to partner each child in our program with a loving Christian family. We are committed to matching these children with safe and loving families. This application covers what we need to know about you to determine your ability and commitment level for these children.
Please maintain a heart posture of meditation and prayer with your family as your progress through this process with us. We are praying with you.
Parent Partner Requirements & Expectations
Becoming a Parent Partner is both a financial commitment and a personal relationship investment in the life of a child. To ensure clarity and shared understanding, all Parent Partners are expected to meet the following requirements:
1. Annual Financial Contribution
• Parent Partners provide $1,200 annually to support the child’s care, education, and development.
2. Relational Engagement
• Parent Partners commit to building a meaningful relationship with their child.
• This includes participating in at least one video call per month, coordinated through SSM.
While not required, Parent Partners are strongly encouraged to travel to visit their child at least once, through our annual team trips. These visits provide an invaluable opportunity to deepen connection, experience the child’s culture, and affirm the impact of partnership.
By applying to become a Parent Partner, you acknowledge and agree to these requirements. Partnership is a unique opportunity to not only provide resources but also to invest personally and relationally in the life of a child.

A background check is required for each applicant. Once this application is submitted, you will be emailed a link to submit a background check request.
