Tracy Arntzen

President/CEO - Founder

Tracy originally worked in banking before choosing to be a stay at home mom for 17 years for their three sons and starting Genesis Elevator Company with her husband Jay. Tracy has served on several non-profit and volunteer boards and has a heart for the orphaned, homeless, the lost, and international missions.

Karle Stinehour

CFO

+ Bio

Karle founded Providence Insurance Group in 1984 and became Managing Principal of One Digital Health and Benefits company. Karle is now retired and is an active member of his church and community while supporting numerous charitable organizations. At Saving Susan Ministry he uses his gifts in Finance in his role on the Board as Chief Financial Officer. Karle enjoys spending time with his wife Karen, four children, and nine grandchildren.

Rita Bailey

Member At-Large

+ Bio

Rita has served alongside her husband in ministry in churches and para church non-profits. Volunteering at her children's schools as well as serving on the school board. Currently as vice president for Wisdom Hunters Resources and co-leading Journey of Generosity retreats.

Rita has a heart for missions especially involving children. With a special love for observing the changed lives of people after going on a mission trip. Leading or serving on trips to Mexico, Oklahoma, India, Amazon River, Nicaragua and Honduras. Favorite trips have involved teens including a recent trip in which Rita had the privilege of taking two of her granddaughters on a mission trip to Brazil.

Rita and her husband Boyd are the parents of four daughters, In-laws to four sons-in-law and grandparents to 12 practically perfect grandchildren. Using their home to love people is a great joy as well. When not busy with all the above you will find Rita outside in her yard.

Jay Arntzen

Jay serves as the CEO of Genesis Elevator Company and Revelation Manufacturing. His true passion is sharing his heart for Saving Susan Ministry with ministry champions in his role as Founder and Board Member. In addition, he serves on several boards for both For-Profit and Nonprofit organizations. He and Tracy have raised three sons – Josh, Jared, and Mason.

Chris Gatti

Member At-Large

+ Bio

Chris, with his wife Anna, are the Chef/Owners of Doughboys Holdings Inc. Since meeting at the Culinary Institute of America in 1998, they have worked, side-by-side, every day, developing their brand. Additionally, Chris and Anna attend Sanctuary Church and are raising three daughters in the Acworth / Emerson area.

Jason Nieves

Jason is the Owner and President of J.R. Electrical, a commercial electrical contracting company in the Atlanta area, founded in 2010. Jason has served on various community and professional boards throughout the years. He has been married to Tara for 17 years and they have 2 children, Jayden and Cruz. In 2020, they were introduced to Saving Susan at church and their family became Parent Partners to a little girl in Guatemala. More recently, they have become involved in supporting the Next Steps program. They attend NorthStar Church and reside in Kennesaw. In his free time, Jason can be found at the baseball or football field, basketball court or gymnastics gym cheering for their kids.

Andrew Guerrier

+ Bio

Andrew has spent almost 20 years working in vocational ministry with much success. Andrew served as a youth pastor for 5 years and for 6 years as a mission's pastor, including with Mars Hill Community Church, where he was instrumental in securing a partnership with Saving Susan Ministry.

Andrew was on staff with FCA for several years and he and his wife Ruth started an FCA chapter in Haiti, where they’ve offered sports and mentoring programs for underserved youth since 2010.

Jack Kelly

Jack Kelly is an ordained minister since 1988. He co-founded The Opus One Group in 1996, and acts as its President. He also co-founded The DayStar Foundation, where he has served as CEO since 1990. Throughout his career, he has worked with many high-profile clients and companies, providing counseling and coaching services for several Major League Baseball and National Football League players, and has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies, including The Home Depot and Matria Healthcare.

He has been married to his wife and business partner, Julia Kelly, Ph.D., for over 50 years, and they reside in Marietta, Georgia. They have four children and nine grandchildren.

Adam Reiley

Adam joined the Saving Susan team in 2018 as the Operations Manager. He graduated with a degree in Strategic Intelligence from Patrick Henry College in 2012, and has 10 plus years of experience in operations, staff management and analysis. Adam married his wife Courtney in 2012. They have three children and are active in their home church, The Grove in Acworth, GA. Adam serves as Chairman of the Associate Board.

Matt Geers

+ Bio

Matt has been a part of the Genesis Family for 10 years and has served in Operations, Sales, and Finance. He is currently the President of Genesis Elevator. Matt graduated from Richmont Graduate University in 2014 with a Master’s in Ministry, and has been married to Hannah for over 12 years, and they have 2 beautiful children, Liam, and Nora. Matt is excited about serving Genesis’ purpose in new ways through the associate board.

Jessica Fisher

+ Bio

Jessica worked in the fitness industry for 12 years, before she joined the staff at NorthStar Church, a partner church of SSM. She is married to her wonderful husband, Zach Fisher and has three beautiful children, Carson, Hallie and Eli. Jessica met Jay and Tracy at Wellstar Health Place where she was Jay's personal trainer and decided to get involved with Saving Susan after hearing all of Jay's amazing stories about the ministry!

Jeremiah Aiken

+ Bio

Jeremiah has 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. He has worked at Wellstar Health Place located on Kennestone Hospital's campus for the past 8 years. Jeremiah is also the Director of Relations for BOLDLIFE Initiative, a ministry his wife started. He graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from Colorado State University in 2011. Jeremiah and his wife Mo have 4 kids. In addition to stewarding 4 young children, Jeremiah and Mo also lead a small house church.

Ben Biesecker

+ Bio

Ben currently serves as the Pastor for Youth and Young Adults at The Grove Church, where his driving purpose is to see the next generation flourish! He has fostered this passion in many ways, including his current role serving his community as the Player Development Coach for North Cobb High School Lacrosse. He developed a burden for the underprivileged when he served as a counselor at Royal Family Kids Camp (A ministry under Waymark Foster) in high school.

Jared Arntzen

+ Bio

Jared Arntzen went on the founding mission trip to Cambodia with his father Jay in 2013. His eyes were opened by the opportunity for change in the country. Jared continued throughout college to support Saving Susan and Bileg Solid Rock, even spending a month at Bileg. While in Grad School at Regis College, Jared organized a fundraiser with the athletics department to fund a bus for the kids to take to games and events. Jared now works as a Teacher and Lacrosse coach at Mount Paran Christian School, and plays a key part on the Board in growing Saving Susan to be a true catalyst for change.

Adeline Morillon

+ Bio

Adilene has a degree in Human communications, is passionate about missions and children, and loves building relationships! She is currently teaching Pre-k at a Christian children's development center. Before her teaching position, she worked as a vacation planner for five years, where her love for connecting with people blossomed; thus, building those relationships became a priority. In her free time, Adilene enjoys hiking and loves reading all the apologetic books! Adilene took her first trip with Saving Susan fall of 2022 and deeply enjoyed it; she witnessed firsthand what Saving Susan is all about and who they are.

Aaron Schneider

+ Bio

Aaron is married to his wife, Kelsey, and together they have three children. His family attends and serves at The Grove Church in Acworth, GA. Aaron’s heart for missions began in college when he spent two months living in Rukungiri, Uganda as a missionary and interim Biology & Bible teacher at an all-boys boarding school. For the past seven years, he has traveled with his family all over the continental US, Hawaii, and the Caribbean for work, often living in these locations for months at a time. During those long term trips, Aaron’s family has been a part of and helped launch several church plants while also occasionally serving as an interim worship leader. The Lord graciously shifted directions for Aaron’s family in November of 2023, and Aaron now co-owns two retail businesses with his wife and a construction company with his father. Soli Deo Gloria.
